Our flagship cider Real Dry laid to rest in Laws, Woodford, Weller, and Stagg Jr. bourbon barrels for 9 months. We then rested the liquid on a blend of vermouth-inspired botanicals, Luxardo cherries, and a touch of vanilla. The end result is one that replicates the perfect Manhattan cocktail, in cider form. Tasting notes of gentle herbaceous vermouth botanicals, cherry preserves, and nutty toasted oak.
