Our flagship cider Real Dry laid to rest in Laws, Woodford, Weller, and Stagg Jr. bourbon barrels for 9 months. The maturation process concentrates the liquid to 8.5% alcohol as water slowly evaporates through the oak, resulting in a cider that has been elevated to a new level. Tasting notes of crisp apple acidity, honeyed pears, and oaky caramelized sugar.
