Our flagship cider Real Dry laid to rest in Laws, Woodford, Weller, and Stagg Jr. bourbon barrels for 9 months. We then rested the liquid on fresh Valencia orange zest, Luxardo cherries, and a blend of bitters-inspired spices extracted in high proof apple brandy. The culmination of these flavors replicates everything we love about an Old Fashioned with a splash of our favorite cider. Tasting notes of orange marmalade, warm baking spices, and soft vanilla caramels.
