Position Purpose:

The Digital Content Associate is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and scaling digital content strategies, executions, and optimizations across all Stem Ciders’ wholesale brand platforms and retail businesses.

Digital Content

  • Social Media: Lead social strategies and platform expansion for all brands. Identifying new growth opportunities, oversees and participates in content creation, scheduling, and optimizes approach based on performance.
  • Execution: Executes day-to-day publishing, posting and scheduling of content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Untapped and TikTok. Curates events & event copy weekly on Eventbrite & Facebook Events in a timely manner. Ensures all content meets quality standards and is on-brand.
  • Content Creation: Creates social media content (in-feed static/video & stories) using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Supports photo and video shoots to include set-up, break-down, quick editing turnover, and sharing content with stakeholders. Works with external partners to create and curate content as needed.
  • Community Management: Manages community and fan engagements across social media, Google reviews, Yelp, OpenTable, and other third party sites.
  • Email Marketing: Works with various stakeholders to create, test and deploy email campaigns as needed to support marketing initiatives, events, and sponsorships. Manages email production processes and scheduling. 
  • Influencer: Support the launch and analysis of influencer programs across various tiers of activation. Leads relationship management, oversight of messaging requirements, seeding kits, and guides content best-practices.
  • Website Support: Leverages SEO to support ongoing website updates, lead site asset requests, and ensures content is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Copywriting: Translates/maintains the brand voice into impactful copywriting for captions and stories that capture audiences across all social media channels, websites, and brands. 
  • Ongoing Management & Reporting: Generates, analyzes and explains reports-based analytics, trends and KPIs and incorporates insights into future content and campaign decisions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to generate marketing ideas and enhance communications to maintain healthy customer retention.

Collaboration & Community Development

  • Wholesale Collaboration: With internal leads, collaborates to create and promote content that supports the business in the field. 
  • Local/Key Account Collaboration: Works closely with Marketing team to further develop corporate sponsorships (Denver Zoo, Denver Botanic Gardens, etc) to create consumer visibility for campaigns.
  • Consumer Engagement: Assists with crisis management and negative reviews.
  • Industry Knowledge: Reviews data available to stay on top of current social trends and craft industry news. Enrolls best social media practices through analyzing hashtags, Reel/TikTok sounds and social media reports in order to curate content accordingly. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills, Knowledge, Attitude

  • Skills: Proficient planning, communication, relationship development, and problem solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick-turning marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends, knowledge of partner products, current trends in the work space, and the beverage industry.
  • Attitude: Always professional with a can-do, team-oriented, achievement-driven mindset.



  • BA/BS preferred in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field

This position is full time with the ability to work some weekly hours from home, local to Boulder CO, with a salary starting at $60,000 depending on experience.
